Talem Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Provider. In this role, you’ll assist clients with personal care, household tasks, and companionship to ensure their spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
What We’re Looking For:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Comfortable working in a home with cats
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Completion of a 20-hour training program or at least six months of experience in a home care setting (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and squat throughout the day
- Safely assist clients in and out of vehicles, including lifting wheelchairs or walkers (up to 50 lbs)
- Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with daily tasks
- Comfortable with light housekeeping, walking, and driving as needed
- Ability to see and hear well (with or without correction)
